Venus Super Mart has a strict policy regarding exchanges and returns.

The company does not accept any exchange or return of products unless a wrong or damaged piece has been shipped to the customer.

 In case a customer receives a wrong or damaged product, they are required to send an image of the wrong or damaged product to the Venus Super Mart team within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

The product must be unused and should have the original packaging along with the invoice or proof of purchase.

To return a product, Venus Super Mart will provide the customer with a return shipping label that must be attached to the original packaging. 

Orders cannot be canceled once payment is made. 

It's important to note that customer should contact the Venus Super Mart team for any issues with the products and follow their return and exchange policy.

If any refund has been issued it may be processed immediately; and may be shown on your bank with 5 - 7 working days depending on your bank process.
